Archiving is an ancient system observed through the ages. Archiving is still very relevant in this day and age, however, the age of archiving all possible knowledge in its physical form may be over. Archives have been seen to be moving into more digital spaces, opening up the possibilities of how we can share more knowledge. This can be seen from Museums’ digital archives to the personal archive section on Instagram. This website is used to explore the idea of a hybrid archive explored in Natasha Khramtsovsky’s blog post. How can we use digital platforms to explore both digital and physical spaces while still maintaining the permanence of their offline counterpart?
